CMHA’s Mental Health Week is an annual national event that takes place during May 1-7
The Canadian Mental Health Association Kelowna encourages people from all walks of life to learn, talk, reflect and engage with others on all issues relating to mental health. We have all seen too many tragedies, life ended too soon, and circumstances we do not understand. But we can all help by doing something small, something different, something fun!
On May 1st Teresa May and Hiilite Web Design and Marketing SEO, SEM Agency in Kelowna is starting a Fundraising Initiative to challenge other local businesses, universities, and schools to participate in supporting the Canadian Mental Health Association Kelowna.
We hope that after this year, it will become an annual event and will catch on across the country and become a national event!
“Hugs and human connection can help with wellness and recovery. On May 1st, show someone you care!”
