The Challenge
Repair Express’ website that had grown fragmented and difficult to manage. Each of their three locations operated on separate sub-sites, creating inconsistencies in branding, scattered user experiences, and extra admin work. The site’s outdated design also no longer reflected the brand’s modern, tech-savvy identity, or their position as industry leaders in certified device repair across the Okanagan.

Modernized Visual Design
We gave the entire site a fresh, professional facelift with bold visuals, updated typography, and improved content hierarchy. The new homepage features a dynamic video background to immediately grab attention and communicate expertise.
Unified Multi-Location Structure
Instead of maintaining multiple sub-sites, we consolidated all locations into one streamlined platform. A custom location switcher lets users quickly toggle between Kelowna, Penticton, and Vernon to see relevant pricing and contact info.
Improved Navigation Experience
The new mega menu provides a clear overview of services and locations, improving usability for mobile and desktop visitors alike. It also includes an enhanced Contact section that simplifies outreach with easy access to store-specific details and contact form.
Used Device Store Integration
We added a new e-commerce section, integrated directly with their RepairShopr account for easy management of inventory. This new section expands the site’s functionality and gives customers more reasons to return.
Simplified Admin & Pricing Management
Behind the scenes, we made it easier for the Repair Express team to update pricing across all locations from a single dashboard, eliminating the need to log in and manage multiple sites.
Enhancement Content & SEO
As part of the website design and development, we also revamped the site’s content and SEO. This included improving keyword usage and informational hierarchy across key pages, updating meta titles and descriptions for better visibility in search results, and cleaning up the URL structure to be more user- and SEO-friendly. These enhancements ensure the site performs better in search while offering a clearer, more engaging experience for visitors.
