Madison Cook is a bold creative that loves playing with colour! As the in-house photographer at Hiilite, she is committed to producing brand specific images and finding expression in the mundane.
As a child actor she studied under academy award-winning director Jorn Winther and critically acclaimed acting coach John Homa, and was the youngest student accepted into Playhouse West. Madison soon found a passion for life behind the lens, winning her a one year scholarship to NYFA where she studied directing and learnt the art of framing and composition, along with the importance of colour and tone.
Madison’s interest in photography and colour companion soon grew into a full-time career while living in LA. Her first published photography campaign featured Steve McQueen’s granddaughter and soon her photography was on the 2016 Gold Globe gift bags. She has worked with many companies on local and regional campaigns, brand presentations, and numerous editorials. It’s vision like this that gives her clients a leading edge.
Zealous and reliable, Madison always gives her best no matter what she’s working on. She now resides in Kelowna, BC, and is studying the art of interior design in her free time. A never ending love of learning has pushed her into continuing her education, now in the field of architecture, to further her knowledge of tones, texture, and composition. You can find her on the weekends fly-fishing throughout BC with her two dogs or leading Grizzly tours as a side hobby.
