Repair Express (formerly Fix my Touch), is composed of three tech lovers who combined their forces to provide an answer to Kelownan’s tech needs. The tech shop established itself as an early innovator in the fast-growing category of technology-enabled repair, yearning for an aggressive strategic marketing plan to propel them to a national level of recognition. The partnership with Hiilite Web Design and Marketing consisted in cultivating a brand presence within a competitive industry through rebranding with a new name to instil awareness and respect, as well as a refreshed visual branding that resonated with their target audience. As a result of Hiilite’s strategic consulting Repair Express has dominated their industry with the expansion of stores in Vernon, West Kelowna, Kelowna, and Penticton.

When creating a entirely new visual branding, the collaborative efforts of the Hiilite team are combined within a Brand Identity Guide which includes, but is not limited to strategic choices in color palette, logo variations and applications, typography, and themes that align with the brands needs (seasonally, product based, etc.).
