By clicking I Agree below and submitting this form you indicate that you agree to the following:

1) If you have an active, ongoing retainer with Hiilite, your request will be taken out of this month's budget. If your request exceeds your allotted hours, you will be billed at our hourly rate of $110/hour.

2) If you do not have an ongoing retainer, your request will be billed at our hourly rate of $110/hour.

3) If your payment information is on file, you will be billed automatically.

4) Any request that would exceed $500 will be quoted and require sign off before work begins.
